Walksnail Avatar V1 Lite VTX

I pulled this board from my V2 VTX, IIRC it's the same physically as the V1 Lite VTX (hence the markings) but with a different power requirement and power output. Will be revising with silk screening around IC's and a few other cosmetic details.
