ENG (MT):
DO NOT USE NEARBY:
Problem:
The underlying problem was that despite using a large 150mm hose, a relatively high negative pressure was created due to the good sealing of the room, which noticeably overloaded the cooling of the compressor.
Description / Solution:
A cover for converting the Comfee-MK-MPPH-09CRN7 air conditioner to a three-hose system. 2x 150mm hoses are used for the supply air to avoid negative pressure in the room and thus relieve the fan to cool the compressor. This replaces the often suggested cardboard box to cover the supply air area, which I have previously used with a single 150mm hose for air supply.
Assembly:
This system is intended for attaching the hoses, both to the device presented here and to the plexiglass on the window: https://www.printables.com/search/models?q=tag%3Aairconditioner
The assembly of the individual parts is planned with industrial adhesive + granules + covering fabric tape, whereby a small chamfer is previously formed using a deburrer to accommodate the powder. The assembled device is attached with one or more layers of fabric tape, possibly with a seal on the edges of the component that correspond to the air conditioner - at the moment I cannot think of any other solution without modifying the housing of the air conditioner.
Division of the components for the build area of the Ankermake M5C - printing is planned with PETG or PLA+.
Suggestions for improvement and constructive criticism are welcome.
