Tortilla Pocket Crimp v4

I made the design myself in Fusion 360 and sent to print yesterday afternoon. 4 hours in PLA+. And it prints in place with the hinge and it worked great!

It's great for burritos, pizza, breakfast sandwiches, ham and cheese melts, empanadas, and more!

Some recommendations:

1) Wet the edges of the tortilla, then microwave the tortilla with toppings for 30 seconds, then crimp, and either cook (oven, air fryer, pan, etc.) or freeze for later.

2) Avoid watery toppings inside. We tried it with pizza and found more luck to not put in sauce, and just dip it in sauce after.

3) This size is for a standard extra large 10" store-bought tortilla. You can scale it up/dn in your slicer as you please.
