Doppelrollo / double roller blind clip replacement

The original clip broke so I modeled my own clip after it (printed in blue). After a few test prints I got the tolerances dialed in for my printer (Prusa MK4) when I realised I could just print the full plastic part of the bracket in one go (printed in orange). I had some layer adhesion issues so i designed a thicker version as well.

I designed this around the bracket of the „Doppelrollo Thomas“ roller blind from Mömax but the bracket looks like a common part between different double roller blind brands.

I included the OpenSCAD files so you can modify the clip to exactly fit it to your window or door.

I printed the clip on its side with automatic supports for the slide-in bracket connection.
