PRINTING PARAMETERS
TOP PART: 15% INFILL, 2 WALLS, GYROID INFILL, BRIM RECOMMENDED
BOTTOM PART: 15% INFILL, 2 WALLS, GYROID INFILL, BRIM RECOMMENDED
(Ours printed on X1C and you can see from the photos the X1C struggles greatly with top surface finish quality)
SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED (GLUE)
To avoid the need for supports, to increase printing time, and reduce wasted material in supprts, this model prints in two pieces with a small alignment nub and is glued together.
DIMENSIONS
The insert part is 82mm in diameter at its middle, and will insert itself vertically 78mm deep into the cupholder. The mini table part is 150mm wide by 180mm long and 10mm thick at its lip, with a 2mm wide lip. (Our chair's cupholder was 84mm inside diameter, so we figured 2mm of play. The insert itself is slightly tapered as well, as a barrel shape instead of as a cylinder shape). The alignment nub itself is 10mm x 10mm x 2mm; the hole that accepts the nub is 10.2 mm x 10.2 mm x 2.1 mm.
FILE DATA
This was created in free personal version of Fusion 360 (.f3d file). The files are attached. Am not a Fusion 360 expert, so hopefully these attached files are loadable by you if you'd like to change some dimensions. Of course also included is the .STL for printing.
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
