Press fits with 1/2" dowel. If you want a different size and cant figure it out, leave a comment and I'll try to add it!

I printed with a .20mm Strength profile in Orca (5 walls, 4 top/bottom layers, 16% gyroid infill). Can be printed from any material (I used ABS, but PLA should work fine)
