PSU cover for the Ender 3v2 Neo that allows for better airflow and installation of a 92mm fan. This part screws right onto the existing PSU body so no drilling or other permanent modifications have to be made.

The model has thick walls to make it robust and printable without supports. On the inside of the cover there is a cable tie mount to keep the fan cable and voltage converter out of the way.

The part will not fit without adding riser feet to your printer. Check out my riser feet for the ender 3v2 neo.

The Ender 3v2 Neo PSU has a 24v fan connected to it. If you wish to use a NF-A9x14 12v Noctua fan you will have to use a buck converter. If you do not want to cut and solder cables, as I did, you can also use Noctua's NA-VC1 voltage converter.

For the least amount of supports and the cleanest print, the part has to be laying down. If you are confident in your overhang performance you can print the parts without support.

Warning: Making modifications to your printers PSU can be very dangerous and will void your warranty. PSUs contain capacitors that can retain a high voltage charge long after the unit has been powered off and unplugged. Additionally, improper handling can lead to damaging sensitive components and create fire hazards. Please properly educate yourself on these dangers before attempting this type of modification,
