This base enables a much cleaner look of the nice clock by shiura as it hides all cables. Just the USB connector of the Arduino is accessible on the back. Have a look at the photos: Some mild soldering skills (and the equipment) are needed as I removed all unnecessary components from the driver board to save some height - sorry this makes it much less reusable.
In case you wonder, on top of the Arduino there is a DS3231SN to provide precise 1s pulses.
The author remixed this model.
This is the base only for the original clock by shiura in the 80% version. This one is a little bit thicker to accommodate an Arduino nano and the small driver board for the motor.
