In addition to the carabiner, you might need a buckle that attaches to a strap or MOLLE webbing on your backpack and, optionally, a locking pin to ensure the element won't slip away accidentally.

Both components can be obtained from the original QUICK-CLIP model https://www.printables.com/model/587654-quick-clip-gen-3-base-starter-kit/files for some standard strap sizes. I also uploaded those here as the contest requires completeness of a model. Additionally, I have created a narrow buckle for one of my backpacks, which I couldn't find elsewhere.

The carabiner gate plugs into the two holes on the carabiner and then tilts inside.

The print settings are similar to those of the original models, and no supports are required.

I tested this with PLA, and it held my keys securely even while riding a bike on a bumpy road.
