Dual wireless charging pad for Galaxy Z Flip 4 / 5 / 6 and Galaxy Buds Live / Pro / 2 / (2 Pro)

A dual wireless charging pad designed for Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Buds 2. 

The compartement for the smartphone is designed for the phone with a slim case on. My phone has an Air Skin by Spiegen. Other thin cases should work just as well. 

I have not tested with the other models listed above, but based on measurements listed online it should work without any issues. The Buds 2 Pro are in brackets, because its dimensions diffear by 0.2 mm it might work, or it might not, you will have to try for yourself. 

The wireles charger i used as the backbone of this project is the LIVBOJ it is quite inexpensive, and easy to disassemble. I suspect, that other ikea chargers should work as well, especially the ones with circular housings. 

The process of disassembly:

1. Remove the 3 small rubber pads from the bottom of the charger. These are glued on and you can reuse them later, but its not necesearry. 
2. Unscrew the screws located beneath these previously removed rubber pads. You will need a small Phillips head screwdriver. 
3. Slide the charger apart, it might be a little difficult due to the friction between the top and bottom pieces. You can use a tool to push the rubber + sign from the top, this makes it come apart quicker. 
4. The Pcb is glued to the underside of the charger. Feel free to use a tool to pry it apart. 

How to assemble the 3d printed charger:

1. From the dissaseambled parts you will need the charger, the rubber +, and the screws, you can also reuse the rubber feet. 
2. Turn the top part upside down and insert the rubber +.
3. Place the plugged in chargers in the bottom of the charger, and place the top part on top.

Its simple as that. Your brand new charger is finished. (The images are from a previous version, but they are almost the same as the final files, and i already rendered them.)
