The case has been created through parametric modelling in Fusion 360, so you can easily resize the design as desired and print it!

| V1.1 - Added Printable Glass for transparent material - Thanks @LordGnu_250486 |
There are 2 Case models available:
Stls for the chain and hammer as also under Files.

Apart of the printed files it will be needed:

The case model consist of different bodies/compontents:
Remove the undesired bodies just by hiding them( by clicking on the eye before the name), they will not be added in the final Stl.
Case

Hammer
There are two hammer versions available, one with a sided hole for hanging it directly and another without the hole ( it is possible to use the chain for hanging) take the one you prefer.

Chain
There are two chains, one that can be printed in place ( low bed adhesion and high overhang) or an easy to print version, that needs to be assembled.

In order to edit the design download and open the fusion file. Once loaded, open the parameter control window: "Modify> (fx) Change parameters"

The following window will open:

Simply click to the Expression cell (Expresión in the picture) and modify the value to resize the case. Under favourite, there have been selected the main parameters needed
The box and lid attributes ( width, height, depth) are for the interior of the case, so it can be easily modified to fit the desired object in it.

When resizing the box there are two parameters that have to be taken in account so the model it is functional:
Resizing the box and the lid can make that the lid collides with the box when closing, in order to check and avoid this there is a analysis view and two parameters to can be used:
Lid_offset: by increasing this value the distance between the box and the closing side of the lid will be increased.
Lid_depth: the depth of the lid can also help to avoid the crash. Do not reduce this value too much, this will affect the closing mechanism.
Check if there is any collisions by:

2. Click on the blue flag, to activate the hinge joint motion and rotate the lid

Values can be entered for a more precise placement of the lid.
Hide the Analysis ( by clicking on the eye) to see the full box again.
When reducing the box width the text might not fit.

To fix this, it is possible to change the text size: Modify always the bottom text first, it might fix the position for the upper text automatically.

I

Make sure that the letters width is not smaller than the nozzle diameter!
It is possible to modify the Text, double click on the history at this icon to open the sketch:

Note: In case of no multicolour print available, check the Text_depth. Set it to layer height and pause the print manually to swap the colour, or set it higher and print the text aside.
A new component has been added to the design, an easy re-sizable glass in case it is desired to print it instead of using extra parts.
The glass should adjust itself to the size of the box, it is possible to modify the overlap and the thickness ( this should be the same as the layer height) with he following parameters:

The idea came from LordGnu who printed a box adjusted to the box size and the thickness to the layer height . The print settings used where:
Monotonic surface pattern with the model rotated 45 degrees.
Here there is a cool guide for printing transparent PETG.
For printing in place leave the joint at 180º

Use the 3D printing functionality, under "Utilities> Make", and by selecting the top element of the navigator tree, the visible bodies will be exported as Stl.

Open the Stl in your favourite slice, if done in Prusaslicer and derivatives it is possible to split the different objects, for easy colouring.

When adding the “Glass”, leave a space on both sides otherwise it can difficult the closing of the box.

Enjoy the model!
Remember to add your makes. I'm looking forward to see them and get some feedback :)
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
