Miyoo Mini Plus Travel Box / Case (with AirTag Holder inside)

Deutsch:

Ich wollte für meinen Miyoo Mini Plus ein Case, dass ausreichenden Schutz für den Transport im Auto, im Rucksack neben anderen Dingen oder auch vor Stürzen bietet und dabei noch relativ schlank ist. Es gab zwar bereits einige Modelle, jedoch entsprach keines davon meinen Vorstellungen. Also habe ich mich von einigen anderen Modellen und Cases, die ich zuvor entworfen habe etwas inspirieren lassen und eines entworfen, das meinen Vorstellungen entspricht. Es besteht aus einer harten Schale und weichen TPU Einsätzen, die das Gerät vollständig umschließen. Außerdem bietet das Case Platz für einen Apple AirTag und zusätzliche microSD Karten im unteren Teil der Box.

Benötigt:

• 4 x 25mm M3 Schrauben
• Filament (TPU & wahlweise PLA oder PETG)

Druckanweisungen:

• Bis auf den Deckel der Box, für welchen ich Supports für die Ausschnitte des Logos empfehle, können alle Teile ohne Supports gedruckt werden

Zusammenbau:

• Die TPU Einsätze werden in die entsprechenden Box-Teile geklebt
• Das Logo im Miyoo Mini Look wird in die Aussparung im Deckel geklebt
• Das obere und untere Teil der Box werden mit zwei 25mm M3 Schrauben verschraubt
• Die Lasche wird mit einer 35mm M3 Schraube am Deckel verschraubt
• Eine 25mm M3 Schraube wird in den unteren Teil der Box geschraubt, damit die Lasche hier einrasten kann

I wanted a case for my Miyoo Mini Plus that offers adequate protection for transport in the car, in the backpack alongside other items, or even from drops, while still being relatively slim. Although there were already some models available, none of them met my expectations. So, I took inspiration from some other models and cases I had previously designed and created one that matches my expectations. It consists of a hard shell and soft TPU inserts that completely enclose the device. Additionally, the case provides space for an Apple AirTag and extra microSD cards in the lower part of the box.

Requirements:

• 4 x 25mm M3 screws
• Filament (TPU & optionally PLA or PETG)

Printing instructions:

• Except for the lid of the box, for which I recommend supports for the cutouts of the logo, all parts can be printed without supports

Assembly:

• The TPU inserts are glued into the respective parts of the box
• The logo in the Miyoo Mini look is glued into the cutout in the lid
• The upper and lower parts of the box are screwed together with two 25mm M3 screws
• The tab is screwed to the lid with a 35mm M3 screw
• A 25mm M3 screw is screwed into the lower part of the box so that the tab can latch here
