5L / 6L / 9L water bottle handle

PETG plastic is better for printing the handle, as it will need to be unbent to slip the half rings through - I don't think you can do that with ABS, but I haven't tried it.

Ver 1.1 update:
 - small cosmetic changes and printing improvements

Ver 1.2 update:
- same: small model improvements
- added support for 6 and 9 liter bottles (46mm)
- wider handles have been added, which are 2 cm wider than “standard” handles

ps. 38mm fits my bottles well for now, but if you need a wider one, the ring can be made wider. Just write that here in the comments.
