the top box stores EUR coins sorted by type and the bottom box stores a stack of EUR bills.

the bills are flattened by the weight of the coins box (both the box itself and the coins inside).

the bills box is sized to insert a stack of EUR bills.

it has no feature to sort bills but the hole being especially sized keeps the bills from just appearing in a different orter than inserted.

i find it most convenient to surface the cheapest bills at the top and sort the more expensive bills further down — not just because the cheapest bills are more often useful but also to keep the money box set easier to use by maintaining the theme of “the more buried, the more worthy” which is inherent in the coins box being on top.

transport

the money box set should not be transported unsecured as it easily falls apart when toppling over.

for transport, fix the money box set together using something like rubber band or tape
