Air Conditioner Exhaust Hose Ring for Toshiba and Others

I drew up this replacement screw-on end cap ring for our Toshiba portable air conditioner's exhaust hose after finding one of the original rings had broken and wouldn't keep the hose attached very well anymore. It works just like the original version to keep the hose snugly attached to the window vent frame and AC unit's attachment points. You will want to enable supports to print this model. I suggest using PrusaSlicer's organic supports set to “on the build plate only” to get the best results. If you plan on printing a replacement for the ring that is pressed against the back of the AC unit, you should consider using a more temperature resistant material like ASA or ABS because the air coming out of the AC's main body is pretty hot.
