Acedeck NYX Z3 MBS wheel adapters

This is a shock pad adapter I created to allow you to run MBS pattern wheels (in my case, MBS Rockstar Pro II XL's) on Acedeck NYX Z3 Element AT gear drive. In order to use them you need a wheel plate adapter from Newbee (note: you can also run Trampa pattern wheels as well, just purchase the Trampa plates instead of the MBS plates):

Mount the adapter plate onto your chosen wheels and print these shock pads out of TPU. I found it easiest to put it onto the Newbee wheel plates first and then slip it into the gear drive. The Newbee plate pegs are longer than the Element gear drive, so you will see some of the adapter & shock pad visible when mounted, but this is not a problem (you will see what I mean when you install). Factory wheel adapter is shorter, around maybe 5-6mm deep. Newbee is closer to 8mm. 

I mounted 9" MBS tires on my XL hubs and they work great on my Z3 and in my opinion they make the board look how it should have from the factory. Enjoy!
