Simple, easy print. No supports required.
The pegs print separately and are simply glued in the slot with your favorite adhesive. I used CA glue and activator and it has held up beautifully.
The letters are raised at the top so you can implement a filament swap, use an AMS, or simply color them with marker to make visual contrast.
Just keep in mind, I have zero training in CAD design and slapped this puppy together in TinkerCAD.
Printed in Overture’s Grass Green PETG, mainly because I’m a sucker for aesthetics.
