Here are the half height bins I wrote about in my full height bins post.
Since I have already duplicated the:
Milwaukee Packout Low Profile Organizer bins and the
Packout Organizer Square bin and the
Packout Organizer Rectangular bin.
I was asked to create bins for the Milwaukee Packout Deep Organizer. I figured, why not, so I gave it a shot.
These were definitely more of a challenge than just duplicating the other Milwaukee Packout Organizer bins. There were no bins to duplicate, and the bins that I saw online did not conform to the sides of the individual cavities, but just squared off the inside shape and a lot of the available volume was lost. I figured I would try to make available for storage as much of the internal volume as possible, which led to the "fun" of the design - replicating and offsetting all of the curves, angles and drafts of the case.
Well, some of the designs took a lot more iterations than I thought they would, but here they are.
The walls are designed to be 0.08" (2.03mm) thick, and the bottom is 0.12" (3.05mm) thick.
The "M" designator just means it is a mirrored part, since I only designed the right side bins.
The "HH" stands for halfheight bin, since I was also asked to make variations of these that are 1/2 height, and here they are!
The "ND" stands for no dividers. I may also make these in the different heights to have removable dividers. At this point, I am not sure how many dividers, but they will unfortunately have to be unique to each bin, since each cavity has different dimensions.
The "--?" indicates the iteration of that model. For "--C", it is the fourth iteration, since I start at ---, then --A, --B, --C. . .
The author marked this model as their own original creation.
