Ascher Bike Light Handlebar Mount

Instead of spending $6.99 to buy a new mounting bracket for my bike light (Ascher HJ-040), I decided to spend an afternoon modeling a 3D-printed one!

You will need:

• 1x Bike_Light_Ring
• 1x Bike_Light_Slider
• 3x M3 Screw
• 3x M3 Nut

Attach Slider on top of Ring with two screws and nuts (holes for nuts are located on the Ring). Clip the assembly around bike handlebar (mine is about 23mm in diameter). Tighten assembly in place with a third screw and nut. Push down the tab on the Slider; the light should slide and lock into place.

I printed the Ring out of PETG (for flexibility/durability) and the Slider out of PLA (for detail), though other materials will probably work as well.
