Sennheiser RS 185 / HDR 185 Headband

Print first 0.6 to 1.5mm out of TPU, the rest PETG

The top pads on my headphones wore out and to get adequate replacements was difficult, not even considering installing them. 
So i designed a new headstrap, that I feel is more comfortable than the original foam pads.
As you can see from the first picture, the strap has to be removed in order to charge them, but the headband is removed and insalled in seconds.
