Konturenlehre / Contour gauge

Hier ist eine einfach verstellbare Konturenlehre für die Aufnahme eines Zimmermannsbleistift mit 6mm Schaft.

Diese Lehre lässt sich ebenfalls als Tiefenanschlag sowie als Zirkel nutzen. In sehr vielen Anwendungen unverzichtbar.

Gedruckt in ABS. Jedes andere Filament funktioniert natürlich auch. Falls ihr die Baseplate aus Metall oder einem anderen Material fertigen wollt, könnt ihr die DXF zur Hilfe nehmen.

Bei der Alternativen Variante wird der Gewindebolzen durch eine Sechskantschraube ersetzt. Dadurch werden nur 2 M4 Heat Inserts benötigt und ein anderer Griff muss gedruckt werden. Das File ist entsprechend benannt.

This is an easily adjustable contour gauge for holding a carpenter's pencil with a 6 mm shaft.

This gauge can also be used as a depth stop and as a compass. Indispensable in many applications.

Printed in ABS. Any other filament will of course also work. If you want to make the baseplate from metal or another material, you can use the DXF to help you.

• 3x M4 heat insert (alternatively only 2x)
• 1x M4x20 hexagon head screw
• 1x M4x25 cylinder head screw
• 1x M4x45 threaded bolt (alternatively 1x M4x45 hexagon head screw)
• 4x M3x5 or M3x6 countersunk head screw

• 1x shaft holder
• 1x locking handle_M4 insert
• 2x locking handle_short_M4 insert
• Alternative: 1x locking handle_M4_hexagon head screw (alternative) + 1x locking handle_short_M4 insert

In the alternative variant, the threaded bolt is replaced by a hexagon head screw. This means that only 2x M4 heat inserts are required and a different handle must be printed. The file is named accordingly.
