BTT ADXL/LIS2DW mount Ender3 V3 SE/KE

It is a very quick model that I've designed just because I ran out of a double-sided tape. It works all right. Furthermore, it's meant to utilize 2x m3 and 2x m2 or 4x m3 heat inserts.
