A mounting block for attaching a bluebird style birdhouse to a 3.75" treated wooden fence post like those sold by Lowes.
The single model serves as both upper and lower mounting points, print two copies. Use the “T” slot on the upper mount to trap the top-most mounting screwhead on the birdhouse. Use the center hole on the lower mount to receive the birdhouse lower screw that maintains the upright orientation of the birdhouse. Use of the mounting block ensures a stable connection with the post that will not rock.
Print in a weather resistant material. I used ASA.
