I ended up with some 1-3/8 chain link fence gates, and I wanted to use them on some fencing hung on T-post. I made these to use 5/8 bolts, nuts, and washers as the hinge pin and a 3/8 bolt as the post lock and pinch bolt. Slide the hinge over the post stopping just above a ridge, tighten the 3/8 bolt to snug the hinge. The bolt rest on the ridge and keeps the hinge from sliding down, the bolt only needs to be tight enough to make the hinge snug and steady. Slip the other hinge over the pipe and secure with the pinch bolt. I used a flat washer under the bolt head, one between the hinge pieces and a lock washer on the bottom. It works great. I've had it on for a couple months in direct sunlight with dogs jumping on it and there's no sign of wear or anything. I printed this in PETG 30% 3D honeycomb infill with 4 perimeters, plenty stong for a 3 foot wide chain link gate.
