Simple One Handed Hangboard

Printing:

• The hangboard can be printed without support.
• I recommend printing in fuzzy skin mode for the surface to have a good grip.

Mounting:

• The hangboard has four 5mm diameter screw holes, they are spaced apart 60mm horizonatall, and 90 mm vertically.
• I replaced an area of dry wall with 5/8 inches plywood, then I screw the hangboards directly into the plywood. I weight 80 kg / 176 lbs, and so far the hangboards supports my weight soundly.
