5 Color ‘Filament Painting’ model - Military Art - KC-46 Boom Patch, made using Polymaker PLA filaments.

(I recommend the following speed settings for the Bambu with 0.08 layers, inner walls, outer walls, and gap infill - 200mm/s. Sparse infill, internal solid infill, and top surface - 150mm/s)

Leave The Aux fan off on the Bambu as it causes more harm than good on these larger prints

Print at 100% infill with a layer height of 0.08mm with a base layer of 0.16mm

The Model is 200x242mm in size
You may print at higher layer heights below the Min Depth of 0.48mm
The Max Depth is 3mm and the Actual Depth is 3.4mm

Filaments Used:
PLA PolyLite Black Transmission Distance: 0.3
PLA PolyLite Azure Blue Transmission Distance: 3
PLA PolyLite Red Transmission Distance: 1.5
PLA PolyLite Grey Transmission Distance: 1
PLA PolyLite White Transmission Distance: 5
This print uses 5 unique filaments

Swap Instructions:
Start with Black
At layer #6 (0.56mm) swap to Azure Blue
At layer #15 (1.28mm) swap to Red
At layer #22 (1.84mm) swap to Grey
At layer #30 (2.48mm) swap to White for the rest.


 

This is a filament blending model, I would recommend trying to match the TD as close as possible if not using the exact filaments to get the best results.

Use the exact numbers in your slicer to match up properly.

Designed to print with 0.4 nozzle
 

**If Scaling the model make sure not to adjust the Z-Height of the model**
