Paper towel tear-off edge (265mm)

For my towel holder https://www.printables.com/de/model/533856-flexible-holder-to-fill-cardboard-tubes-of-differe see last picture, I'll need a better tear-off edge for industrial paper towls. This blade is  265mm long, the teeth have ~5mm
