PC closed cable combs for sleeved cables

I really liked the esthetics of BaGooN's combs. Because I can add the combs right as I'm making the sleeved cables, I wanted to create a closed comb variant. BaGooN suggest printing the combs at 106% scale if the cables have 16 AWG wire. I cut holes between the rows to give 16AWG wires enough space, just like StaticSignal's combs.

While I was busy modifying the original files, I figured I might as well add combs from sata and molex cables. There's also 2 extra variants for 12vhpwr cables and rtx 3000 series 12-pins. These differ from the regular 12-pin comb by not being as wide and the 12vhpwr comb has two extra holes for the sense wires. My intention with those holes is to bundle two of the sense wires into one sleeve and pull that through the hole. Since I haven't tried that yet, I might update it later.

Turned the open combs into closed combs. 

Added a couple extra variants.
