This is a case for the Aurora Lily58 mechanical keyboard from splitkb.com (https://splitkb.com/products/aurora-lily58). All the other models I found for this keyboard involved screws so I decided to make my own screwless design. The closing mechanism was inspired by Malolo's screw-less snap-fit case design (https://www.printables.com/model/4074-malolos-screw-less-snap-fit-raspberry-pi-4-model-b/). I used low-profile choc switches (burnt orange) for the build.

The top part of the case is secured using the switches themselves. The bottom snaps onto the top. I had issues getting the lip for the locking mechanism to sweep correctly in fusion so some parts are a bit janky. I used some M5 nuts and bolts for tenting. The nuts are a tight fit, so I had to use a soldering iron to secure them. As for the rubber feet, they are just some random feet I found in my local DIY store. Step files are included in case you want to make any modifications of your own.

I printed the top using Silk PLA+ from Sunlu and the bottom using some Black PLA+ from eSUN. I used the Bambu Lab A1 mini to print all the parts. For the top I used the Hilbert curve which looks pretty good with the silk PLA.

I hope this model is useful for you. I am still testing this model so let me know if there are any issues and I will try to fix them.

I have also made a travel case for this if you are interested. https://www.printables.com/model/913075-lily58-travel-case

Happy typing!
