Dimension:
Gear - see picture. Outer Dimensions reduced by 0.2mm 

Fin - outer length 15mm, height 6mm

Zylinder (without gear and fin) - inner diameter 25.1mm , outer 29.6mm, 8.3mm

I printed it with PLA (0% shrinkage included), Nylon would be perfect.
