Crossbow dampeners.

Print this in TPU 80A or TPE 80A (or the same area) and save €39,50.

These dampers are necessary to dampen the worst vibrations in the limbs. It significantly prolongs the age of the bow. Other than that, it makes the bow more silent. And it improve stability and shock absorption.

Print 4 of these for even more dampening and stick them bottom to bottom (See pictures).

In TPE, 1 such damper weighs around 30 grams. That depends on your infill, of course. But I printed them solid. And let's face it, that's hardly going to make a difference on a 215 lbs bow. It is estimated to cost me between 10 and 15 fps. Something I could do without on a 410 fps bow. But that's entirely up to yourself to determine. Is the dampening worth the loss...? A wise man once told me: “It's better to hit slow than to miss fast”

My personal opinion? I designed them for a reason. It's a replacement for the originals:

Even these do their job somehow. But I don't like them. It looks and fits cheap and you will lose them (both) on the first day. Something that won't happen to you with my prints.

If you want something special, let me know. I provide custom sizes :)
