Qidi Q1 Pro 100mm Exhaust System

I created this exhaust system for my own printer/window setup, but sharing it here if anyone needs something similar.

Minimal supports required, all the STLs should be in the correct printing orientation and do not require supports, except for the window_exhaust_100mm.stl for which tree supports on build plate only are recommended (see picture).

The bracket on the back of the printer exhaust port mounts with M3x18 self-tapping screws, the rest of the parts slot in.

If you want to build this, here's a list of required parts:

• 100mm air ducting (length is up to your decision)
• 4 air duct/hose clamps
• 2x M3x18mm self-tapping screws
• 100mm inline fan (optional)
• 1 long zip-tie for securing the fan (or chain multiple short ones)

The 60mm fan at full speed can easily push the air through the ducting, so the inline fan is optional - if you don't need it, you can skip printing the mounting bracket for it, and just mount the duct directly to the exhaust port.

Print settings:

• Supports: no  (except for window_exhaust_100mm.stl)
• Material: whatever you prefer, I printed mine out of PLA
