PDF

This box fits 100 double sleeved cards. In addition there are compartments to store tokens and small dice and a command stand. In case you don't need the commander stand, you can also print a version without it (B1 (no commander stand)). That version also comes with two larger storage compartments. There are two versions of the front panel (L1) as well. One is open so you can see the locking mechanism in action and the other is closed if you prefer a cleaner design.

Materials

  • 1x M3*20mm flat head screw
  • 1x M3 nut

In case you don't have these things at hand, you could also use some glue.

Assembly

The Locking Mechanism (L)

  • parts L1-6
  • about 160mm of unprinted filament
  • the screw and the nut

Put L2 into L1 so that it isn't able to rotate.

Place L3 underneath L2.

Arrange the parts L5 horizontally and vertically and L6 diagonally inside the mechanism.

Cut the filament to pieces of a litte less than 10mm. You need 16 of those.

Stick the pieces of filament into the holes in the parts L5 and L6. Make sure that they are inserted all the way down to L3.

Put the nut into the hexagonal shaped hole in L4 and slide it up until it is underneath the middle hole.

Place L4 onto the mechanism while insuring the nut stays in place and align the open lock icon with the marker at the top if L5 and L6 are retracted.

Flip the whole thing and screw in the screw in the middle.

If you turn the knob the bolts should move in and out. In case you can't turn the knob easily, give the bolts some sanding and try again.

The Commander Stand (C)

Option 1: 45°

If you look at C1 with the commander facing in your direction C3 slides into place from the bottom left and C2 from the bottom right corner.

Option 2: Upright

For this configuration, you need to swap C2 and C3 and rotate them so that the two strips are at the bottom.
