I made this Oral B toothbrush cover because I couldn't find any other designs that maintain an air gap around the bristles.  Layer lines harbor bacteria, and I don't want printed parts touching anything that goes in my mouth.

This cover stops the brush from bumping into other objects in my toiletry bag, while allowing enough airflow to dry.  I'd suggest removing the head from the toothbrush body for transport, because a long lever could easily knock the cover out of place.

The clamp mechanism has a tongue that aligns with the slot on the front of my CrossAction brush heads. Hopefully all the round Oral B brushes have the same dimensions, but I haven't tested any others yet.  The cover diameter is pretty wide because the bristles tend to fray and spread out horizontally with age.

Printed at 0.2mm with no supports, 2 walls, and 10% gyroid infill.
