Box made for mcus with 150x90 hole pattern.
Primary focus was cooling, so this includes 92mm fan mount.
Bottom mount has very beefy mcu mounts so connecting/disconnecting cables will not break them.
I took the photos before stiffening the mounts.
I designed this box primarily to cool down stepper drivers and it does a great job.
You can easily cable manage this with zip ties on mcu standoffs and also you can tuck the cables below mcu.
Front has universal cutout for I/O.
You will need 12 heatset inserts (4x for mcu, 4x for fan, 4x for the enclosure), you will also need 12 M3 bolts of different lengths, I only had M3x8 and M3x35 so I had to use 2 nuts as spacers on M3x8 bolts to secure the mcu. You need M3x6 or shorter bolts for the enclosure and depends on the fan config you might need M3x35 or longer bolts.
I have attached step files if you want to modify anything.
Print the bottom with at least 4 walls to make standoffs stronger. Top part does not really need any strength, but it is a big print so you wouldn't want to break it and then have to print it again.
