Ever had those screws or nuts constantly falling down while trying to mount your BLTouch with a mount designed for someone who seems to have 3 hands (one to hold the BLTouch, one for the nut, and another for the screwdriver)? This mount can actually be easily installed by one of the more common 2-handed humans.
Ever installed a nozzle of a different length and now you need to add washers, but you already needed all of your 3 hands to install it, and now all your washers are falling down causing you to wish you had 4 hands that don't collide with each other? This mount does not need washers!
Switching the spacer takes less than 2 minutes!
You need Core.stl and Fixture.stl. The size of the spacer depends on your nozzle. With the regular V6 nozzle i use the 7mm spacer.
One may need to scale the height (default: 5mm tall) of Fixture.stl if you use longer than 6mm inserts or you use non textured inserts.
If you use Fixture(Nut).stl you may need to glue in the nuts, to prevent them from falling out.
Designed to prints without support!
I used 3 walls, and infill around 25%.
This was made for the Ender 5, but it should work with every printer that has 3mm free space to the front and 22mm free space to the right. If you can confirm that this works with another printer please comment.
I used the BiQu H2 Ender 5 Plus BlowThrough mount but it should work with every mount that mounts the BiQu H2v2 flush using only the 2 screw-holes at the back.
Based on the schematics it should also fit the H2V2S lite. I did not test this. If you can confirm this please add a comment.
My settings are: M851 X55.00 Y-5.00 Z-2.55
Note that your Z distance may differ.
