4 Inch ID Pipe Clamp, Hanger, Attachment Point

4 inch OD pipe clamp for mounting or supporting object on a support post.    

• Could be used on 3.5 inch diameter sch 40 PVC (4 inch OD) as a pipe support
• I'm using it to mount attach wood to a 4 inch OD jack post.

Features:

1. Counter sunk holes to fasten halves together, one side 3/8 inch carriage bolts, the other side for a washer and nut. 
2. Counter sunk holes for drywall type screws to attach items to either the end (3 screw holes) or the face (2 screw holes)

Printed with PETG, gyroid infill, 85% around all of the bolt holes and screw holes, 25% everywhere else.  The .stl show the object as it will print.  The .3mf shows the support modifiers over the holes, so doesn't represent how the print will look.

Printed fine for me flat, no supports.  Surprisingly no warpage given all of the infill.
