SPOOLY cable store hero different sizes

Very easy to use cable winder. I improved some things from the original design.

• bigger diameter of the core to be useable for high quality cables
• clamp in the center so you do not have to search the cable center every time after unspooling
• lid and base approx. same height outside for better grip
• see through design to check spooling
• less material used for faster printing BIG 21g, Standard 14g
• bottom hollow so its easier to assemble because you find the holes in the lid
• lot of space for long and thick cables
• small notch for easy disassembly

Standard SPOOLY has 56mm outer diameter. The big one 70mm. Wanna go bigger - use scaling in your slicer - works fine.

Assembly is very easy just snap the parts together.

Printing

• 2 perimeters
• PLA works best to get the spindle free for rotation
• 15% infill
• no supports / enable bridge settings
• prints best with line width set to 0.4mm - most walls are 0.8 or 1.2mm thick
• ensure that your extrusion rate is tuned
