Bavaria Filament Masterspool

Masterspool für Bavaria-Filaments REPO Kartonspulen-Filament.

Passt in alle gängigen Abroller, siehe Bild

In der hochgeladenen Version muss man die Kartonscheiben nicht mehr abschneiden.

Einfach die Filamentspule aufstecken, die linke Scheibe aufschrauben, fertig.

Bitte die Drehrichtung (Pfeile auf der Buchse) beachten, damit kann ein ungewolltes öffnen des Gewindes im Abroller zuverlässig verhindert werden.

Als Abrolldorn am Drucker kann jeder Filler =< 35mm verwendet werden.

Skizze1 ist das Buchsenprofil

Skizze3 das Scheibenprofil (beide)

Skizze4 das Lochpattern

Die rechte Scheibe wird auf die Buchse geschoben und mit ein paar Tropfen Kleber fixiert

Die Randverbreiterungen dienen der besseren Abrollung und müssen jeweils nach AUSSEN zeigen.

In the uploaded version you don't have to cut the cardboard discs.

Just put on the filament spool, screw on the left disc, done.

Please observe the direction of rotation (arrows on the bushing) to reliably prevent unintentional opening of the thread in the dispenser.

Any filler =< 35mm can be used as spooler filler on the printer.

Sketch1 is the bush profile

The right disc is pushed onto the bushing and fixed with a few drops of glue

Die Buchse hat 3 Hohlkörper, in diesen Bereich braucht man kein Infill.

Im Bereich der Gewinde kann man einen Modifizierer auf 100% infill setzen - wirklich notwendig ist es nicht.

Kontouren: mind 4 (wegen Gewinde)

The bushing has 3 hollow tubes, you don't need infill in this area.

In the area of the threads you can set a modifier to 100% infill - it is not really necessary.
