Torque washers EBike rear motor for 12/10 Axle Surly Ogre

DO NOT USE THIS DESIGN WITH ANY KIND OF PLASTIC FILAMENT

Surly Troll / Ogre frames have vertical dropouts that are 12 mm wide. Most e-bike hub motors have an axis that is flattened at its ends and is 10 mm thick.

Fit a 12mm round to 10mm flattened axis into a 12 mm Surly dropout.

These Axles are the most common for smaller motors up to MXUS15.

This torque arm was printed with 316L stainless steel at Craftscloud on a SLM Printer.

Fits like a charm.
