Printed the letters A,L and Z seperatly and PE, RO, SP and RiT already together. I have glued them together with “Rovell Contacta Professional”. The letters fitted really nice nearly without gaps. I used clamps to hold them together during drying time.
As you can see in the pictures, the letter R in Spritz has a little corner in it. This is because of the construciton part of the second R wasn't that easy so I let the i hang over the R instead of the other way around. To avoid that print letter: R2_Cap_without_corner.
The caps can be difficult to fit in for the first time, but when you remove them one two times it's getting pretty easy and they fit/slide in extremly well.
To illuminate the sign I've used a 5m LED strip
