The size of the box is 118 x 53 x 9 mm; height inside = 7 mm
Depending on your needs you can choose between 2 or 3 compartments per day.
If you need larger compartments you can use the “5 day” version.
The prototypes are printed on a Satin Steel Sheet with layer height 0.3 mm and seam position random using PETG filament. During assembly the short legs must be bent so that they fit into the guide groove of the box. Therefore a filament with good flexibility should be used.
Print time on Prusa i3 MK3S+ is between 9 and 16 minutes.
The test prints worked well without additional structures but the walls are very narrow and not all combinations of sheets and filament types may work. If there are adhesion problems the “PB_nxm_pads.stl” variants should be used. The additional pads can be easily removed with a sturdy blade knife.
For a perfect finish, a disposable nail file or medium-grit sandpaper glued to an ice cream handle can be used.
