Bambu Hotend Stealthburner Adaption

This Remix is more of a QoL improvement than a major change. I may update this with additional changes as I use the toolhead.

Hardware Required:

• 4x M3 D5 L5 heat set inserts (L4 inserts will also work, use less torque)
• 2x M3 D5 L4 heat set inserts
• 2x M3x20 SCHS (main hotend mount)
• 2x M3x16 SCHS
• 2x M3x5 SCHS (for lower heatsink fin mount)

Note: On one of my clone hot-ends I had to tap the screw holes larger on the lower heatsink mount to the M3 size. I didn't have to do that with any others. 

Change log:

• merged and fixed surfaces that had extremely thin faces which can cause meshing issues
• changed the heat set inserts for the hotend mount to M3 D5xL5 for extra strength in hot enclosures
• adjusted the screw depth for the hotend mount to avoid thin walls which wont print properly with larger nozzle sizes.
• adjusted the tolerances around the hotend to avoid some thin walls
• changed the wire routing to help better orient the wires during install
• added extra space for larger wires if using the Phaetus Rapido heater
