Alzheimer's Remote Guard (toshiba)

This is a remote guard for a Toshiba TV remote CT-8564.

I made this especially for my grandpa suffering from Alzheimer's. I saw him struggling with his TV and all the buttons didn't start to make any sense anymore.

I know this is a very niche product, but I hope to inspire a (future) designer to think about ease of use, hiding the excess information. Or maybe start something with 3D scanning of remotes? 

As for the print, I have used PLA for the first try (the silver). The second print was PETG in Neon green. I love the color, but my grandpa wasn't that into it. The guard slides over the remote and the bottom clips over the end, securing the guard.
There are tabs underneath the guard to prevent any unnecessary pressing of buttons.
