Walked into Aldi and came out with this very strange power tool battery that can power both 20V and 40V tools.
So I obviously made a mount, and added connecting holes for the two positive and negative outputs with the plan to make an external switch to wire it up either in parallel for 20V or series for 40V. This will be for use with other future projects.
Based on last weeks model I made for the Teccpo 18V battery, I have modified the way the electrical spade connectors attach which appears better.
The spade connectors used are 5.2mm at their widest point of the insulation sheath and slot right in.
Added a plate for the bottom to ensure the connections don't fall out.
Includes mounting holes.
Printed in PLA at 0.2 Layer height. Printed on the largest flat face with standard supports.
I have also found this actually will still fit the Teppco battery, albeit a bit loosely.
STP files included if you fancy modding
