The available rings for those ~250mm spools don't fit my printer's bed, so made this segmented version.
Have to print 3 for each side (3 fit on the bed of my Anet A8 in one go as per photos) and then clip them into the spool. I used some scotch tape where the adapters touch as the thin structure and force when on spool roller otherwise make it quite hard for things to stay correctly in place.
Works very well on a TUSH style spool roller.
The author remixed this model.
Used the OpenSCAD model and heavily modified it so it has little knobs for the 3 pairs of 2 holes in the spool, so 3 adapters per side of the spool can be snapped into the holes.
