Battery Tray Bumpers for Ryobi CHINS conversion

I made this part to be a SNUG fit in the standard battery tray of my RM480EX. The bumpers go into each corner and wedge the CHINS 48v battery in the center. 

These bumpers keep the battery from moving in the X and Y axis, you'll still need something for the Z axis to keep the battery from bouncing up. I used some light chain and a industrial zip-tie.

Print these in something STRONG with a little give. Put them in the corners then set the CHINS battery into them. The top is tapered so the battery will drop in smoothly and wedge itself in. You could probably print these in PETG or Nylon, PLA+ or ASA Even. I went with TPU because I didn't want to transfer too much shock to the battery.

print 2 of each. They are the same file just mirrored, so if you want to download one part and mirror it in your slicer, you can do that too.
