Groove button (table top)/ Nutklotz (Tischplatte)

Groove buttons to connect the table top with the base assembly. You need usually 2-3 per side.

Printing

Material doesn't matter, i used PETG because it is my standard material and a 0,6 mm nozzle with standard profile. 

I printed with the part oriented with the side on the printing sheet.

Installation

You have to mill a groove of > 5mm height into the frame, see the installation schema. I use a slot cutter with a router, but a biscuit joiner router will do it even safer.

For the installation i use T20 screws 4,5 x 30 mm.

Nutklotz um die Tischplatte mit den Zargen zu verbinden. Es werden normalerweise 2-3 pro Seite benötigt.

Drucken

Das Material spielt keine Rolle, es sind ja keine besonderen Anforderungen an Temperaturbeständigkeit oder Festigkeit vorhanden. Ich habe PETG verwendet, weil es mein Standardmaterial ist. Ich drucke mit einer 0,6mm Düse mit Standard-Profil.

Ich positioniere das Druckteil mit der Seite auf dem Druckblech.

Verwendung/Befestigung

Man muss eine Nut, die etwas höher ist als 5mm in die Zarge fräsen. Ich verwende eine kleine Oberfräse mit Scheibennutfräser, aber eine Flächdübelfräse geht natürlich auch.

Für die Befestigung verwende ich eine T20 4,5 x 30 mm Schraube.
