TS100 Heat Insert Tool (Pro)

UPDATE: The TS100 mount mechanism updated for supportless printing and now you can lock the TS100 in its position to measure the heat insert height and lock the depth distance. A tutorial video is coming up soon.

This design helps you adjust the depth and lock it to prevent too much penetration. Also, portable design allows it to be used on large objects. Simply, hold the foot steady and penetrate the heat insert at a 90-degree angle without wobbling and to a limited depth.

MGN12 Rail (30cm) and MGN12C Carriage
3x M3 Hex Nuts
3x M3x10 Countersunk Screws /or M3x8 Socket Cap Screws
3x DIN562 Square Nuts
3x M3x20 Knurled Thumb Screw

Note: The bottom of the foot has slots for m3 heat inserts for you to mount this design to other larger assemblies.
