Do you like retro video games? Who doesn't? Looking for an adorable bit of home décor to indicate to those you welcome into your home that you're a cool retro video game loving individual? Want this bowl? Here you go!
This bowl is my best effort to replicate the Super Mushroom Bowl from the Toadstool Café in Super Nintendo World. All your nerdy friends will be so jealous when they see this adorable bowl in your home and assume you went to Super Nintendo World! Just don't let them get too close or they'll realize the bowl has been 3D printed. They'll likely feel misled and your value as a friend will fall to an all time low!
This bowl is super easy to print. I used default Prusa Slicer settings for all pieces, I just turned on auto generated supports for the Mushroom Cap. You'll need to print 4 of the Side Mushroom Dots. Assembly is quick, easy, and intuitive, you'll just need a little glue. I used Gorilla Super Glue Gel.
Now for a quick note on food safety. I'm no biologist, so do your own research, but I certainly would recommend against using this bowl or any other 3D printed bowl for soup, cereal, dip, or any other wet/liquid food. Wanna serve pretzels out of it or use it as a sugar bowl? That's fine as far as I'm concerned, but do so at your own discretion after doing some proper research. Like I said, not an expert!
